Customer Care and Satisfaction – Interflora Flower Delivery

Customer satisfaction is essential to the success of our flower delivery service. Interflora South Africa guarantees freshness, first-rate quality and value with every arrangement and bouquet delivered. Every order placed is guaranteed to be of good quality, condition and to full retail value. We are committed to offering only the finest arrangements and gifts, backed by our friendly delivery service. Because each and every customer is important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one.

The spirit of the guarantee is to ensure that we treat each customer with the greatest care, allowing for greater customer satisfaction. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral arrangement perfect.

Delivery information:

Delivery will be made on the date specified and we will make every effort to meet your requests as to time, but only funeral deliveries may be specified with regard to time instructions. We will gladly send a replacement, or refund your order if you are not a 100% satisfied with the order you sent.

Delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours (Not applicable over South Africa peak periods). If the order is placed before 13:00 (internet orders 12:00) the delivery will be on the same day. Saturday orders need to be placed before 11:00 (internet orders 10:00) for the same day deliveries. Interflora cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays or Holidays. Take into account international time zones and areas.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemetaries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. In such cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfillment of the order. Interflora cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen.

At Interflora we always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, the florist will leave a 'Sorry, you were out' card, inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Our service occasionally has trouble delivering to some rural areas, but we will contact you. If that service is unavailable, or if there is an additional delivery fee, we will contact the sender.

Interflora cannot take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.

Privacy policy

Interflora respects the privacy of every visitor and customer to the website in the domain www.interflora.co.za. We recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you may share with us. Interflora is committed to protecting information received, protect customer information from outside parties and will never under any circumstances release your details without your consent.

Phone numbers of recipients and customers are used to help facilitate the orders and arrange for delivery.

The details required on the order form will be used only to execute the order or used to contact you when further information is required or to complete a delivery where the recipient cannot be found. Information is occasionally used to send a customer regular news on important flower dates and promotions in South Africa. You will have the option to unsubscribe at any time and not receive these notices.

We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Complaints

Images portray the minimum price for South Africa orders. The images portray the medium price for International orders. Please note that prices are subject to change over South Africa peak periods. Flower colour, type, products and containers may vary according to availability.

Any customer complaint must be notified to Interflora or the executing member within 24 hours after the flower delivery. Our dedicated staff will give you their full attention to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
