We take great care to ensure that each item is specially created with care and that only the freshest flowers are used. Flower arrangements are created by professionally trained florists. As the leader in its field, Interflora strives to improve on the combination of creativity, experience and guaranteed quality that goes into the development of each arrangement. We put a lot of work into establishing what you, our customers, want.

Delivery information:
DELIVERY TO CERTAIN AREAS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
Delivery will be made on the date specified and delivery is guaranteed. Funeral orders can be delivered at a specific time.
Delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours (not applicable over local and international peak periods). If the order is placed before 13:00 (internet orders 12:00) we will deliver the same day. Saturday orders need to be placed before 11:00 (internet orders 10:00) for same day delivery. Interflora does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. Please note that orders to a hospital must be delivered in a vase - bunches cannot be delivered.
In such cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfillment of the order. Interflora cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen. At Interflora we always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, the florist will leave a 'Sorry, you were out' card, inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time. Rural areas still present a challenge and if there is no service available or if there is an additional delivery fee we will contact you.
Interflora cannot take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.
Complaints Images portray the minimum price for South Africa orders, and the medium price for International orders. Please note that prices are subject to change over South Africa peak periods. Flower colour, type, products and containers may vary according to availability.
Any customer complaint must be made to Interflora or the executing member within 24 hours after the flower delivery. Our dedicated staff will give you their full attention to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
