Delivery Service for Interflora Online Flower and Gift Store

Flower and gift delivery in South Africa will be made on the date specified and we will make every effort to meet your service requests as to time, but only funeral deliveries may be specified with regard to time instructions. We will gladly send a replacement, or refund your order if you are not a 100% satisfied with the goods received.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 13:00PM CANNOT BE GUARANTEED FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY.

Flower and gift delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours (Not applicable over peak periods). If the order is placed before 13:00 (internet orders 12:00) the delivery will be on the same day. Saturday orders need to be placed before 11:00 (internet orders 10:00) for the same day delivery. Interflora cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays or Holidays. Please take into account international time zones and areas.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. In such cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfilment of the service. Interflora cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen or for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

At Interflora we always make every effort to deliver your flower and gift arrangements to that special person. If the recipient is not at home the store will leave a 'Sorry, you were out' card, inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Our flower and gift delivery service occasionally has trouble delivering to some rural areas in South Africa. If that service is unavailable, or if there is an additional delivery fee, we will contact the sender.

In South Africa most areas are covered for flower and gift delivery. As aforementioned, special delivery conditions may apply. Areas covered in African countries include: Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Major cities are covered in these countries as well as selected locations.
