We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of our florists, you our valued customers and your loved ones is always our number one priority.
At this time, our local, independent florists in South Africa are open for business as usual. We encourage them to follow the guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and the South African government and to only accept and deliver orders where they feel it is safe to do so.
Given the unprecedented circumstances that we all find ourselves in at the moment and the fact that we and our local, independent florists; like many other businesses, have been impacted by staff and supply shortages it is necessary for us to make some changes to our protocol at this time – details of which you will find below.
We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.
We have asked our local florists to introduce contactless deliveries which we hope will offer peace of mind and protection for everyone.

We want to assure you that we are working hard to deliver your heartfelt wishes.
However, we are aware that flower supplies may become restricted, so in order to avoid disappointment, we are giving our florists greater freedom to ensure they can continue to deliver flowers and gifts to your intended recipients.
Where our florists have been unable to source certain and specific stems due to supplier shortages, we’re asking our florists to create something seriously special on your behalf using a mix of their very best in-store stems. We’re sure your loved one will be bowled over by whatever our florist creates but, rest assured, if the design is going to be significantly different from the one you chose, our florists will contact you to let you know.
Amending an existing order
