RETURN POLICY
Interflora Guarantee of Satisfaction
• Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora relay order. Each Interflora arrangement delivered by its members is handcrafted by a professional Interflora florist.
• Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
• Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.
• Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora florist who delivered the order.
• Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
• Due to the perishable nature of most products, we are not able to accept returned items. Please see our refund policy for details if your order is not delivered to your satisfaction.

REFUND POLICY
• If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction, then Interflora African Areas will either arrange a re-delivery of your order to the recipient or provide you with a 100% refund of your order. The refund policy applies to both order deliveries in South Africa and International deliveries overseas.
• If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling 011 493 3990. Please give 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date.
• In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery/collection date.
• If you would like to change the details of an order you've recently placed, please contact the Customer Service Contact Centre on 011 493 3990. Please note that once the order has been dispatched to the recipient, it can no longer be changed.
• Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within one working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
